However, with their high-gloss exterior and matte interior, the exclusive Margrethe bowl and mixing jug in steel shine just a little more. They are freezer-safe, feature interior measurement marks, and are practical for most tasks, but especially for temperature-sensitive work, such as chocolate tempering, as the steel responds quickly to temperature changes.
