5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY
Rosti stands for high quality. This is more than just a claim, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty on all Rosti products under the terms and conditions below when you register your purchase on this page.
- The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (or the date shown on the receipt confirming delivery of the product).
- The warranty applies to private consumers, not professional users.
- The warranty covers only the quality of the product itself. It does not cover claims for compensation or damage to anything other than the product itself.
- Warranty claims must be made immediately after the defect occurs.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at service.dk@rostishop.com to arrange an inspection of the defective product.
- In the event of a warranty claim, Rosti will offer to repair or replace all or part of the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a similar product of equal value will be offered. The purchase price will not be refunded.
Warranty exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from intended use.
- Defects caused by improper use or accidental damage (impacts, drops, etc.).
Products that have not been registered are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty.
