Crostini med ricotta, honning og timian
Method
- Ricotta mixture: Stir ricotta and crème fraîche together until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the bread: Brush the slices with olive oil and toast in the oven or on a pan until golden and crisp.
- Assemble: Spread the ricotta mixture over the crostini. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme and chopped walnuts.
