Crostini med ricotta, honning og timian

Method

  1. Ricotta mixture: Stir ricotta and crème fraîche together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the bread: Brush the slices with olive oil and toast in the oven or on a pan until golden and crisp.
  3. Assemble: Spread the ricotta mixture over the crostini. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme and chopped walnuts.

150 g ricotta

2 tbsp crème fraîche (18%)

Fresh thyme

2 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts

Honey for topping

Olive oil for brushing
